A unique find within the Acheulian assemblage of NBA is the nine spheroids and three sub-spheroids collected from the site’s vicinity (Sharon, et al., 2002). None of these tools were excavated in-situ; however, their presence is the first evidence of their appearance in the GBY region Acheulian tool kit. Six of the spheroids are modified on limestone and the other three on basalt.
